October/November/December Newsletter Sweepstakes Rules and Restrictions
Beginning at 11:59 pm on 11/21/11, all eligible Marcal® Small Steps® electronic newsletter subscribers will be entered into the sweepstakes. Prior to this time, if you are not a Marcal® Small Steps® electronic newsletter subscriber, go to www.marcalsmallsteps.com and follow the instructions to subscribe to the newsletter and enter the sweepstakes. There is no fee for electronic newsletter subscription or to enter the sweepstakes, and no purchase is necessary. Each subscriber must have included a valid email address and zip code during the subscription process in order to be eligible for the sweepstakes. Limit one entry per email address.
Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry and must reside within the Continental USA, Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico. Employees of Marcal Manufacturing, LLC, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
ONE WINNER WILL BE CHOSEN RANDOMLY FROM THE POOL OF VALID ENTRIES. All decisions regarding selection of winning entry are final. Odds of winning depend upon the number or eligible entries received.
The winner’s first name/last initial and state will be announced in the Marcal® Small Steps® monthly electronic newsletter in December. On November 21, 2011, a random winner will be selected and notified as a potential winner through the email they subscribed with. In order to claim the prize, the winner must email Lindsay Listanski (LListanski@marcalpaper.com) within 48 hours of them receiving the potential winner email. In the event that the winner does not properly claim the prize within the 48 hour period, they will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be randomly selected and notified by email.
Winners will receive one $250 Gift Card to Amazon.com via email. The Prize will be sent within 10 business days of being appropriately claimed by the winner. Return of any prize as undeliverable will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize by winner is permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.By accepting prize, winners agree to hold Sponsor, its directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use prizewinners’ names and photo submissions for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotional materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
